Description

We are seeking a chef to work in Tineo (Asturias). Responsibilities include preparing and presenting dishes according to hotel standards, preparing menus, buffets, and à la carte service, monitoring food and raw material quality, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP), maintaining an organized and clean workplace, assisting in order and inventory management, and supporting the head chef in daily tasks. A minimum of two years' experience in a similar position is required, preferably in hotels, along with formal training in Culinary Arts or Gastronomy, and knowledge of Mediterranean and international cuisine. Experience in four-star or higher hotels will be especially valued. An indefinite contract, full-time working hours, and salary according to the Hospitality Collective Agreement of the Principality of Asturias are offered.
