Valuation of practical experience and initiative We are seeking a person to work as a plastic injection machine operator in Hostalric. Your main responsibility will be ensuring that machines operate correctly and that products meet quality standards. This involves supervising and adjusting machine parameters to achieve maximum injection efficiency, as well as loading and unloading materials. It will be important to keep your work area well organized, monitoring product stock and facilitating material handling—for example, by using forklifts. We value your ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to maintain a clean and orderly workplace. Specific formal training is not mandatory; we place greater importance on your practical experience and ability to learn. We seek someone with initiative and attention to detail, who can adapt to a changing production pace and help achieve set objectives. A salary aligned with the applicable collective agreement will be offered, along with the possibility of a permanent contract after a probationary period. This position is intended for someone wishing to grow within the industrial sector, taking on responsibilities related to machinery control and logistics. Flexibility to work various shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) is required. Necessary training for machinery operation will be provided; however, prior experience in industrial jobs is expected. Safety is paramount, so strict adherence to all occupational health and safety regulations is mandatory. Previous experience in a similar role, driver’s license, forklift operator license. At least one year of experience in the plastic injection sector is preferred.
