




Job Summary: Social educator providing direct support to young people and their families, developing work plans, and facilitating activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct support to young people and their families 2. Collaboration with educational centers and social services 3. Management and mentoring of the volunteer team Social Educator. A Bachelor's degree in Social Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, or other equivalent higher education qualifications in the social field is mandatory. Part-time schedule of 15 hours (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM). Temporary contract to cover a sick leave (until 07/31/2026\). Gross salary: 762\.50 € Direct support to young people and their families: Implementation of work plans, development of individualized materials, evaluation and follow-up, tutoring and interviews, facilitation of assemblies, organization of services and complementary activities as well as community action initiatives. Networked and coordinated work with educational centers, social services, and other local agents and resources. Volunteer team management: Onboarding and mentoring, training and support, organization. Continuous improvement management: Participation in work plan meetings. * Bachelor's degree in Social Education or equivalent * Bachelor's degree in Psychology or equivalent * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or equivalent * Competencies / knowledge: Additional training (desirable): Specialized training in childhood, youth and family, in populations facing social exclusion, and in social intervention.
