DESCRIPTION **Quality Technician** ======================== Grup Montaner is seeking a Quality Technician for a company located in Bonmatí. A leader in the manufacturing of bakery products and recognized as one of Europe’s largest bakeries, the company is currently undergoing continuous expansion and growth; we are looking to incorporate talent into our team to maintain excellence across our processes and products. We seek a rigorous and quality-committed professional to join our team on the night shift or weekends. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the highest standards of quality and food safety throughout all stages of the production process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure strict compliance with IFS (International Featured Standards) and other applicable regulations throughout the manufacturing process. * Conduct onsite quality controls, supervising raw materials, work-in-process products, and finished goods. * Monitor and ensure correct implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) by operational staff. * Identify, record, and analyze non-conformities, proposing and overseeing the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Participate in internal and external quality audits. * Manage documentation related to quality processes. * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of quality management systems. * Supervise the hygienic-sanitary conditions of facilities and equipment. * Perform basic physicochemical and microbiological analyses, as required. **We Offer:** * **Job Stability:** Joining a stable project within an established and rapidly expanding company. * **Professional Development:** Opportunity to grow and develop within a sector-leading bakery company. * **Economic Conditions:** * Annual gross starting salary of €26.500. * Night-shift allowance. * Salary review to €28,000 gross annually (plus night-shift allowance) after the first year of service. * **Work Environment:** You will become part of a professional and dynamic team. **Schedule:** Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., with potential increase to 40 hours per week during weekdays. **Are You the Candidate We Are Looking For?** If you meet the requirements, possess a strong vocation for quality, adapt well to night work, and seek a challenging and future-oriented professional project within the food industry, we want to meet you! REQUIREMENTS * **Education:** Medium or Higher Vocational Training (Vocational Training Cycle) in Food Technology. University education related to this field will be considered favorably. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the food industry, with particular emphasis on factory environments and onsite quality control. * **Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of food safety regulations, preferably IFS; familiarity with quality management systems. * **Competencies:** * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and rigor. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Proactivity and responsibility. * Adaptability to night shifts. * Adaptability to weekend work.
