**Position**

Join the Prevention and Health team as a **Prevention of Occupational Risks Technician** at the Girona Atelier (Campllong).
**Your main responsibilities will be:**
* Conduct specific occupational risk assessments for the position and the atelier environment, and periodically update the preventive action plan.
* Ensure compliance with current PRL regulations, applying the Maison's corporate standards and guidelines.
* Actively participate in PRL onboarding for new employees, and deliver or coordinate the specific safety trainings required for atelier positions.
* Manage the selection, provision, and correct use of PPE adapted to artisanal activities, and manage evacuation and emergency plans.
* Serve as the technical liaison with the Health and Safety Committee, attending its periodic meetings, sharing progress on action plans, and collaborating on continuous improvement.
* Conduct periodic safety inspections and lead internal and external audits to identify deviations and propose corrective measures.
* Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes to implement preventive actions that avoid recurrence.
* Collaborate with the occupational health surveillance and ergonomics services in adapting workstations, applying ergonomic measures, and monitoring the health of artisans and teams.
**Profile**

* You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Comprehensive Prevention and Safety and/or a Technical Master's Degree in PRL, or a specialization in: Occupational Safety, Occupational Hygiene, or Ergonomics.
* You have over 2 years of experience as a PRL Technician in industrial environments.
* You speak English and/or French.
