We are looking for a candidate with experience coordinating work teams and knowledge of maintenance, capable of organizing night-shift tasks and ensuring the proper functioning of installations. What will be your responsibilities? Coordinate and supervise the maintenance team during the night shift. Organize and distribute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Manage incidents that may arise during the shift. Ensure the proper functioning of installations and equipment. Monitor interventions and report activities to the department head. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. What are we looking for? Previous experience coordinating work teams. General knowledge of industrial, mechanical, electrical, or installation maintenance. An organized, solution-oriented individual with leadership capabilities. Availability to work fixed night shifts.
