Company Information Vera Company Job Description Vacant Position **Olot Store** Location: Olot County: Garrotxa Number of Positions: 1 Category: Customer Service Department: Commercial\-store Working Hours: 9:30 AM\-1:30 PM and 5:00 PM\-8:00 PM (Saturday mornings) Salary: €21,000\-€22,000 Contract Type: Permanent Contract Duration: Permanent Job Mission: Handle customer inquiries and incidents, perform administrative tasks and commercial activities for Vera services in person at the store. Main Responsibilities Conduct in-person sales of products and services. Make telephone calls to finalize quotations. Complete contract signing processes in person, by phone, or via email, and send contractual documentation where applicable. Provide user support to resolve any doubts regarding service subscriptions (in person, via email, or by phone). Resolve incidents and perform basic management tasks related to subscribed services, such as router replacements, cancellations and changes of account holders, mobile-related incidents, etc. Be responsible for store inventory, cash register control, and store image. Ensure implementation of promotional campaigns. Act as the user’s liaison to channel their requests and needs.
