Are you interested in a dynamic role combining office and warehouse tasks within a leading multinational company? At **Trace Logistics**, the logistics operator of the **Fluidra Group**, we are looking to hire an **administrative staff member for the returns department** at our logistics center in Sant Feliu de Buixalleu. ### **️ What will you do on a daily basis?** * Receiving and storing returned materials * Inspecting product condition and reporting with photos when necessary * Data entry into internal systems: credits, inventory, document management * Repackaging, palletizing, and bundling materials * Inventory control and tracking (including cycle counts) * Managing documentation and coordinating with carriers * Handling emails and communicating with customers, suppliers, and other departments * Reporting incidents and complying with quality, safety, and environmental procedures ### **What qualities do we value?** * Previous experience in logistics environments with administrative responsibilities * Background in administration, logistics, or related fields * Proficiency in **Excel** and management software tools (ERP, WMS, etc.) * Ability to perform physical tasks in the warehouse when required * Knowledge of English and/or French will be valued * Problem-solving skills, organized, and good communication abilities ### **We offer:** * Permanent contract directly with the company * Full-time schedule: **Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 h** * Immediate start * Social benefits as part of the **Fluidra Group** If you're seeking stability, growth, and a positive work environment within a solid company… we'd love to meet you!
