Company Information Company Fageda Foundation Job Description Position Available **Quality Technician \- ISO 9001** Location Olot Region Garrotxa Number of Positions 1 Category Technician Department Quality Working Hours Central flexible schedule, 8:00 to 18:00 Salary According to assessment Contract Type Permanent Contract Duration Permanent Description - Management, monitoring, and maintenance of documentation for certification under the ISO 9001 quality standards, in collaboration with all departments involved in the certification process. - Ensure and work in coordination with other project areas (industrial, social, non-industrial services, care services, finance, etc.) and provide necessary technical support to implement and consolidate the Quality System (QS). - Drafting, reviewing, and updating Quality System (QS) documentation (product sheets, process standardization, ...) - Coordination and support in preparing internal and external audits. - Internal training related to management systems. - Management of Supplier Accreditation. Publication Date 17/03/2026 Requirements Qualification University Degree Preferred Requirements Within the Quality Department, the candidate will support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s quality management system according to ISO 9001, with special attention and application to the Social Area, as well as applicable specific standards of ISO 21001\. The candidate will participate in managing and updating the document management system, monitoring and analyzing performance indicators, coordinating quality activities, audits and inspections, and collaborating with various departments. Mandatory - Degree or higher education in quality-related fields - Minimum three years’ experience in a similar position. - Experience maintaining and monitoring ISO 9001 quality management systems, particularly in person-centered services. - Experience working in social entities (third sector) is preferred.
