Job Summary: This role involves developing and applying scientific and technological knowledge to optimize aluminum production processes, including proposing plans, conducting studies, and collaborating on project execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and apply scientific and technological knowledge to **aluminum production processes:** * Proposing action plans based on knowledge of the current plant process status and capabilities, including transfer of experience from other plants * Conducting necessary studies and trials, with final output specifying operating parameters, operation methods, control and analysis methods, material and energy consumption, quality, and costs * Collaborating in the execution of approved action plans and monitoring commissioning results until full operational normalization is achieved * Organizing and/or supervising the development of assigned large-scale projects or studies * Pursuing continuous optimization of plant process strategies and key performance indicators Requirements: * Industrial engineer with experience in industrial environments * Good command of English * Master’s degree in engineering is desirable **About the Location** Recognized as an industry pioneer, Alcoa is an international company with operations across 6 continents.
