Responsibilities: \- Ingredient preparation: Assist in food preparation and cutting according to the chef's instructions. \- Kitchen support: Collaborate with the kitchen team in organizing and cleaning work areas. \- Quality control: Ensure ingredients are fresh and of high quality. \- Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and order of utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. \- Dish preparation assistance: Support dish preparation according to recipes and establishment standards. \- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations: Follow food safety regulations and kitchen cleaning procedures.
