We seek an organized, analytical, and solution-oriented individual with interest in developing within the planning and operations area. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and organize production according to orders and existing requirements. Distribute and coordinate workloads across different production lines. Monitor planning execution and adherence to deadlines. Adjust planning in response to changes or deviations in production. Identify incidents that may affect the production process and collaborate on their resolution. Maintain up-to-date information related to planning. Participate in the review and improvement of work processes. Coordinate with various departments involved in the production process. REQUIREMENTS Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration, Logistics, Transport, or similar field. Minimum one year of experience in production planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, or similar functions is desirable. Fluent in Catalan and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc. Organized, analytical, solution-oriented, and capable of planning. OFFERED Permanent direct contract with the company. Full-time position. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00–17:00 h, Friday 8:00–15:00 h. Possibility of telework and flexible working hours.
