




Summary: We are seeking an administrative staff member to provide operational support and manage documentation, fleet, and personnel, ensuring daily service coordination. Highlights: 1. Collaboration in daily service management We are looking for a person to join our Olot office as administrative staff. The selected candidate will provide administrative and operational support to our team, participating in administrative management, fleet control, and coordination with driving staff. - General administrative support: Internal documentation management and report preparation. - Accounting assistance and internal control: Revenue review, consumption monitoring, and verification of work reports. - Personnel management and communication: Communication with drivers, clarification of incidents, assistance in coordinator scheduling, and absence tracking. - Operational support: Collaboration in daily service management, monitoring of unforeseen events, and basic supervision via internal systems. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in administrative or similar tasks. Experience in logistics and transport sectors, basic accounting knowledge, and/or administrative control skills will be valued. * Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP de Grau Superior) * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: - Professional studies in administration and/or transport and logistics will be valued. - Proficiency in office software. - Strong communication, organizational, and versatility skills. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1300' to '1700' * Additional relevant information: - Working hours: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. - Additional benefits include passes for immediate family members, annual medical check-up, group-rate medical insurance, a stable work environment, and opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
