We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Assistant to join one of our residential facilities in Arbúcies. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Working hours: Initial 27 hours per week. * Schedule: Afternoons, Monday to Friday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM (as assistant) \+ additional days as cook for dinners from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. * Duration: Summer replacement. * Salary: Approx. €800 gross per month, paid in 14 installments annually. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Be part of a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out food preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of equipment, supplies, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
