Job Summary: We are seeking an active and educated individual to support the startup and monitoring of the production process, operate machinery, and supervise production at a plastic manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support during the production process and control of injection machinery. 2. Production, quality, and performance supervision. 3. Order preparation and forklift operation. In Maçanet de la Selva, we are looking to hire a person to work at a company in the plastic manufacturing and injection sector. Main responsibilities include supporting the startup and monitoring of the production process, as well as controlling the operation of injection machinery and peripheral equipment. The candidate will also be responsible for supervising production, quality, and planned performance, and for configuring and verifying pallets. Other duties include order preparation, material location and restocking, and operation of electric and manual forklifts. Additional duties typical of the position may also be assigned. Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent. * We seek an active, discreet, educated, and highly motivated individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO). \- Valid forklift operator license is desirable.
