Responsibilities: * Monitoring and controlling daily transportation, distribution, and last-mile operations. * Analyzing operational incidents and proposing corrective actions. * Identifying opportunities for improvement in logistics procedures and processes. * Tracking deliveries, returns, pending goods, and overdue shipments. * Controlling and managing returns, reverse logistics, and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) processes. * Managing and tracking damaged goods, quality incidents, and cargo losses. * Investigating and locating lost cargo, as well as tracking required actions for resolution. * Controlling return flows, damaged goods, and pending goods management. * Searching and locating goods in the warehouse. * Supporting supervision of loading, unloading, and correct goods placement. * Monitoring operational timelines and controlling service levels. * Drafting, reviewing, and updating operational procedures. * Actively participating in continuous improvement and process optimization projects. * Analyzing and monitoring operational KPIs. * Preparing activity reports and summaries. * Supporting review and validation of data for route and service billing. * Coordinating with Operations, Traffic, Warehouse, and Billing departments. * Updating and maintaining information in internal management systems. * Managing documentation associated with logistics activities. * Tracking and resolving incidents with customers and suppliers. * Complying with procedures and requirements established in the Management System. **WHAT YOU BRING** ----------------------- Requirements: * Prior experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, or warehousing. * Knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse operations. * Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. * Analytical ability to interpret operational data, detect deviations, and propose improvements. * Organizational capability and attention to detail. * Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Orientation toward continuous improvement and problem-solving. * Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in dynamic environments. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in tracking and analyzing operational KPIs. * Experience in reverse logistics and WEEE processes. * Prior participation in process optimization and continuous improvement projects. * Experience in distribution and last-mile environments.
