Description

Systems analyst, senior level, with a disability rating of 33% or higher. A company based in Barcelona is seeking a technological risk manager. Requirements: university degree in computer science, telecommunications, mathematics, etc. Minimum 3 years’ experience in technological risk management, software development lifecycle management, or infrastructure management. Minimum English level: B2. Desirable qualifications: * Additional training in economics, finance, or business * Experience in managing and analyzing risks in public cloud projects * Knowledge of control frameworks and recognized standards (e.g., ISO 27001) * Certifications in this field (e.g., CISA, CISM, ISO 27001) * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) * Knowledge of banking business processes, especially products and services delivered to customers via electronic channels, is desirable. Permanent contract. Salary: 3085€ gross per month. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8–3 p.m.; Thursday, 4–6 p.m. (April–October). Cross-Project Evaluation: Supervision of risks associated with major technological changes (digital transformation, migration to public cloud under IaaS/PaaS/SaaS models, and architectural evolution), critically assessing strategies before and after implementation. Identification of Hidden and Emerging Risks: Detection of threats overlooked by operational management to define new risk scenarios and control objectives. Action Plans and Policies: Collaboration in designing and validating plans to enhance technological controls, as well as defining, maintaining, and updating policies and procedures within the risk management framework. Regulatory Compliance (ECB and Bank of Spain): Interpretation, analysis, and design of compliance with regulations and supervisory expectations (European Central Bank and Bank of Spain). Ongoing Mitigation and Control: Proposal of new controls and indicators based on operational or regulatory needs, along with continuous analysis and control of technological risk and outsourcing processes. Involvement in generating recurring reports for Senior Management, Governance Bodies, Supervisors, and Auditors. * 36 months’ experience.
