Job Summary: We are seeking a production operator to manufacture cables, including machine setup, order management, quality control, and proposing improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Growth potential within the company We need a production operator for a company located in Les Franqueses del Vallès, specializing in cable manufacturing for sectors such as heavy vehicles, household appliances, rail transport, and construction. Responsibilities include setting up machines as required, executing production orders and reporting on their progress, performing quality checks, maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation, reporting documentation errors and discrepancies in theoretical times, and proposing improvements to work methods. A temporary contract of at least three months is offered through a temporary employment agency (ETT), with the possibility of transitioning to an indefinite contract with the company. Working hours follow an intensive schedule with rotating shifts every fifteen days: from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, or from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The work is varied, and the operator will initially be assigned to a specific section—cutting, assembly, or greasing.
