Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on industrial machinery, covering mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic aspects. Work is typically performed in pairs to provide mutual support. You will diagnose and analyze malfunctions, proposing improvements to prevent recurrence and extend equipment service life. Electrical diagrams and blueprints will be interpreted to resolve incidents, and faults in frequency inverters, motor starters, and DC converters will be repaired. You will manage direct contact with suppliers to coordinate resources, reinforce machine guards and tools to enhance safety, and propose improvements in risk prevention. This position, located in El Prat de Llobregat, requires solid technical training and prior experience in industrial environments, as well as the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Valued skills include proficiency in blueprint reading, automation systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics, along with training in occupational safety, forklift operation, overhead crane handling, and knowledge of PLC programming (preferably Siemens) and frequency inverters. **Education:** Vocational Training Level II or Higher Vocational Degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Electricity, Mechatronics, or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in similar roles within industrial environments (especially valuable in automotive, stamping, home appliances, or consumer goods sectors). Technical knowledge in blueprint reading and interpretation, electrical schematics, automation systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Competencies: dynamic, responsible individual with strong technical aptitude, ability to work under pressure, and orientation toward teamwork. Additional training in occupational safety and hygiene, forklift and overhead crane operation, as well as knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens) and frequency inverters is highly valued.
