




AGH Ibérica is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Support Engineer to join one of our clients in the security sector. **What tasks will you perform on a daily basis?** * Administration and support of cybersecurity infrastructures in NGFW environments. * Operation and administration of equipment and environments within scope. * Management of requests and incidents related to infrastructure. * Corrective and reactive support for incidents, bugs, and operational failures—either autonomously or through case management with the vendor. * Provision of preventive and evolutionary support across various environments, including evolution, updates, and patching. * Implementation of secure configurations and application of hardening measures to infrastructures and equipment within scope. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of LAN networks. * Experience using ticketing tools. * Experience working with multiple vendors: CheckPoint, PaloAlto, and Fortinet. * Scripting and automation languages. * Advanced level of English. This is a permanent position formalized via an indefinite-term contract, fully onsite (Barcelona). **Working hours and rotating shifts (24/7):** * Morning shift: 06:00–14:00. * Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00. * Night shift: 22:00–06:00.
