Collaborate on planning multiformat content strategies We seek a specialist in **digital project management and coordination of branded content initiatives**, capable of leading complex projects for major brands and advertisers, guaranteeing excellent execution, adherence to deadlines, and attainment of clients’ business objectives. The candidate will join the **Branded Content Department of Prensa Ibérica in Barcelona**, working cross-functionally with commercial, editorial, production, video, social media, data, and external partners. Their primary mission will be to coordinate and execute digital projects holistically, serving as the liaison between client, business, and production. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead end-to-end management of digital branded content projects. * Coordinate internal multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. * Develop and monitor timelines, schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and workflows. * Serve as the main point of contact between client, commercial team, and production departments. * Ensure timely delivery, quality, scope, and profitability of projects. * Conduct operational tracking and periodic reporting on ongoing projects. * Define, monitor, and analyze campaign performance KPIs and objectives. * Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement in active projects. * Participate in client follow-up meetings and coordinate implementation of agreed actions. * Interpret commercial briefings and collaborate in designing strategic branded content proposals. * Design project presentations and documentation for clients and agencies. * Occasionally support the commercial team in presenting and defending strategic projects. * Collaborate on planning multiformat content strategies: editorial, video, social media, interactive, events, podcasts, branded hubs, SEO/GEO, etc. **Candidate Profile:** * \+ 4 years of experience in digital project management, content marketing, branded content, or digital communications. * Prior experience at digital agencies, creative agencies, communications agencies, or marketing consultancies is highly valued. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability. * Experience in planning, tracking timelines, budgets, deliverables, and reporting. * Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. * Knowledge of digital formats, editorial content, video, social media, and digital distribution ecosystems. * Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, projects, and vendors simultaneously. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. * Ability to work in dynamic environments handling multiple parallel projects. * Analytical mindset to interpret metrics, KPIs, and campaign results. * Experience in media, publishing, or editorial environments is desirable. * Knowledge of SEO, GEO, and content marketing strategies is desirable. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * One day of remote work per week. * Intensive working hours in July and August. * Fixed salary. * Join one of Spain’s leading communications groups. * A collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with editorial, audiovisual, creative, commercial, and technology teams. * Real opportunities for professional growth in project management, digital strategy, and business development. * Active participation in the evolution of new formats, products, and content solutions for advertisers. *As an inclusive employer, Prensa Ibérica is committed to diversity and equal opportunity, and values all applications without discrimination*.
