We are currently seeking a **Workplace Technician N3 / Workplace Specialist** to lead the resolution of complex incidents, serve as the highest level of technical escalation, and contribute to the evolution and improvement of corporate Digital Workplace platforms. The candidate will be responsible for root cause analysis, designing technical solutions, and collaborating on technology transformation projects. **What do we offer?** * A stable project with opportunities for professional growth. * Participation in a high-volume technological environment. * Collaborative work with specialized teams in infrastructure, networking, and security. * Continuous training and professional development. * Work mode: On-site in Cornellà (Barcelona). * C\-Flex schedule: 2 days with morning and afternoon shifts, and 3 days with continuous working hours. **Key responsibilities:** * Resolution of critical incidents and complex problems escalated from Level 2\. * Advanced administration of Workplace platforms. * Root Cause Analysis (RCA). * Management of critical incidents and major problems. * Specialization in Windows, macOS, and Citrix VDI environments. * Technical liaison with vendors and premium support. * Definition of procedures, standards, and best practices. * Technical advisory support to Service Desk, Level 2, and Engineering teams. * Participation in Workplace migration and modernization projects. * Identification of automation and optimization opportunities. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Workplace environments. * Experience as a Level 3 technician or Workplace specialist. * Advanced knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL frameworks. * Advanced administration of Windows 10/11 and macOS. * Expert-level knowledge of Citrix VDI. * Experience in problem management and root cause analysis. * Experience managing complex escalations with vendors. * Ability to lead high-impact technical resolutions. **Desirable** * Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune). * Azure Virtual Desktop. * Active Directory and Azure AD. * Microsoft 365 Enterprise. * Advanced PowerShell. * Microsoft or Citrix certifications. * ITIL Foundation or higher certification. * High level of English proficiency. **If you are looking for a stable project to further grow your career in Workplace support and join a highly specialized team, we’re waiting for you!
