**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Escofet by Molins** transforms cities and enhances the use of public space through the design and industrialization of urban elements and architectural concrete. While deeply rooted in Barcelona, we project our Mediterranean character internationally—present in avenues, parks, streets, and squares around the world. We contribute to comprehensive urban design projects by creating urban landscapes through our business lines: Urban Life (urban elements), Lighting (public lighting), Walking (pavements), and Building (architectural concrete).
We are seeking a **Rebar Worker** to join our production team. The selected candidate will carry out tasks related to the fabrication of rebar assemblies required in the production process, at a medium technical complexity level, under the supervision of the Rebar Workshop Manager. Occasionally, they may provide support to other workshop sections when production needs require it, collaborating with workshop operators on support tasks.
**WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?**
Among other duties, the following are highlighted:
* Fabrication of rebar assemblies through tying and/or spot welding.
* Interpretation of technical drawings to ensure correct execution of tasks.
* Strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety regulations, including proper use of PPE, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation.
* Collaboration in complying with the company’s established environmental standards.

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:
* At least 1 year of relevant experience.
* Additional non-regulated courses and training, Medium-level Vocational Training, Compulsory Secondary Education, or other qualifications, certifications, and licenses.
* Responsibility and commitment.
* Attention to detail and quality of work.
* Concern for order and organization.
* Tolerance for routine and consistency.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Advanced level of Spanish.
* Availability to work rotating central and intensive shifts.
