JOB DESCRIPTION Administrative responsibilities: \- Managing tenant incidents, follow-up, and resolution. \- Entering and maintaining data in Pragma's Adminet software for invoicing, receipt issuance, and tracking payments and arrears. Updating rents according to CPI. \- Filing, documentation, and general administrative support for the rental department. Commercial responsibilities: \- Preparing listings with pricing proposals, surface areas, number of rooms, bathrooms, orientation of rental properties (APARTMENT/COMMERCIAL PREMISES) based on: local market, internal prices, and reference indices. · Advertising and managing listings on platforms such as Idealista, Fotocasa, Habitaclia, etc. · Managing lease agreements. Negotiating terms with new tenants, drafting contracts, requesting valid habitation certificates and energy performance certificates if expired... · Managing unpaid rents. REQUIREMENTS · Intermediate or higher education in administration, commercial management, accounting, or related fields. · Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. · Languages: Native Spanish and Catalan. English proficiency is valued positively. · Interpersonal skills. Organization, responsibility, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Proactive attitude with initiative.
