We are seeking staff for a kitchen assistant position at a restaurant located in Vilassar de Mar. Main responsibilities include preparing ingredients—such as cutting, peeling, and portioning food—as well as organizing them prior to service. You will also be required to maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, utensils, and work surfaces, and assist the chef with basic dish preparation and plating. Other responsibilities include monitoring and restocking products needed for daily service, always complying with hygiene and food safety regulations for each task. This is a full-time temporary contract of 40 hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Sunday on split shifts, with working hours between 09:00 and 23:00, and breaks stipulated by law. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a kitchen assistant. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Culinary training is an advantage. * A vehicle is required for commuting. : Availability required for mornings Monday through Sunday and public holidays, and for afternoons from Thursday to Saturday.
