YOUR NEW ROLE: We are looking for a Product Allocator to join our KIDS team. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Our mission is to ensure and execute product allocation effectively. This work will be carried out collaboratively with various departments involved in achieving set objectives, focusing on increasing company productivity and profitability. * You will be responsible for ensuring correct product-level allocation. * In pre-season: you will provide a counterbalance to the CAD Planner’s perspective to refine cluster-based implementation, incorporating qualitative input from Product Managers. * In-season: you will align closely with the CAD Planner and Buyer. * You will provide specific implementation guidance. * You will serve as the liaison between Merchandising and Countries. * You will analyze incoming merchandise to meet the sales plan. * You will monitor store deliveries. * You will work closely with the Planner and Buyer to ensure that purchasing and implementation strategies meet established objectives. * You will maintain a cross-market and cross-channel perspective to maximize sales. ABOUT YOU: * A degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration (ADE), or related field. * At least two years of relevant experience. * Advanced English proficiency and strong Excel skills are essential. * Strong analytical capabilities. * Business- and results-oriented mindset. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
