Summary: Professional to accompany young people (16-29 years) in their return to the educational system or their labor insertion. Highlights: 1. Individualized and group attention to young people at risk of school dropout 2. Work with educational centers, social services, health, and businesses 3. Participation in fairs and creation of local employability networks We are seeking a professional to support young people (16\-29 years) in returning to the education system or entering the labor market. Contract: temporary employment, 35 hours per week. Candidates must hold an official university bachelor's degree or have completed the first or second cycle of university education, preferably in pedagogy, psychopedagogy, psychology, social education, or social work. Schedule: mornings and 2 afternoons, including statutory breaks. Conditions: immediate incorporation until 30/12/2026\. Orientation and mentoring: Individualized and group attention to young people at risk of school dropout or seeking employment. Network and coordination: Joint work with educational centers, social services, health institutions, and the business community. Activation: Participation in job fairs, creation of local employability networks, and dissemination of the program across all similar initiatives arising from project implementation. Management: Entry of follow-up data via the Galileo application. * 12 months’ experience. Direct intervention with young people under 25 years old within the integrated vocational training system or other youth employment policies. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Communication skills, direct support skills, and ability to build rapport with young people, whether gained through professional or work experience. Training and/or experience in equality, non-discrimination, and gender and intersectional perspectives will be valued, to ensure unbiased and condition-free professional guidance and the development of appropriate training pathways for users. * Temporary employment contract (9 months) * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2985' to '2986'
