Opportunity to develop technical solutions A company based in Molins de Rei, operating across the entire Iberian Peninsula with its headquarters in Germany, seeks to hire a technical professional on a permanent contract. Education: Engineering degree or CFGS-level technical qualification. Proficient handling of technical drawings. Experience in plant engineering or power plant technology will be valued. Own vehicle (desirable). Linguistic and IT skills: Excellent command of Spanish (Catalan and/or Portuguese desirable); good knowledge of English (German will be valued); proficient use of MS Office (experience with CRM or ERP systems desirable). Personal skills: Solid technical knowledge and problem-solving ability; client-oriented attitude, strong communication and organizational skills; willingness to travel occasionally. 1\. Main Responsibilities: Technical Support – Internal sales support, assistance during tendering processes (technical specifications, documentation, management of client platforms); responding to clients' technical inquiries; preparing technical proposals in coordination with headquarters; analyzing technical issues and developing solutions jointly with headquarters. 2\. Additional Responsibilities (occasional, once sufficient training and experience have been acquired from company professionals): Field technical service / client visits (occasional); conducting technical meetings with clients in Spain (especially Catalonia); supporting the sales team during client discussions; collecting technical requirements on-site and clarifying specifications; performing failure analysis, commissioning tasks, or technical evaluations at client facilities. 3\. Interface Role: Close cooperation with the German headquarters; providing market feedback regarding product improvements, quality aspects, and competitor observations; supporting the local sales team in developing technical strategies and preparing proposals. * Experience: 1 year.
