Therefore, we seek individuals who are passionate about their work and eager to grow with us. **Do you want to join the Happiness Industry?** We are looking for a **Junior Administrative Assistant** for our offices in Barcelona. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Administrative tasks primarily directed at construction area suppliers. * Review of invoices and budgets for subsequent approval by responsible personnel. * Preparation of invoice approval orders for subsequent payment. * Maintenance of the invoice database. * Management of incidents with suppliers. **What are we looking for?** * Education in Administration or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an administrative assistant. * Advanced office software skills (Office). * English proficiency is valued. * Experience in the hospitality sector is valued. **What do we offer?** At Hotusa Group, you can become part of a leading travel industry company, continuously growing and expanding globally, committed to the ongoing professional development of its team.
