Inside Sales Representative (m/f) The company is a market leader in its industry and operates worldwide. The position is based in Barcelona, and immediate hiring is required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Commercial support for various Sales Managers / Customer Service 1\. Customer Service * Maintain customer data in the CRM system * Assist with customer acquisition * Prepare and follow up on quotations (as instructed by the Sales Manager) * Negotiate sales volumes and prices (as instructed by the Sales Manager) * Enter orders and schedule delivery dates * Process customer complaints * Handle (annual) volume planning (consultation/adaptation) * General correspondence / dispatching documents to customers 2\. Control Functions * Monitor and manage samples/projects * Monitor receivables based on the IT system * Review credit limits 3\.
