Traffic Manager (Logistics)

At iMile Spain, we continue to grow and are seeking to hire a Traffic Manager – Northwest Zone to strengthen our Operations team. We currently operate a warehouse in Parets del Vallès (Barcelona), from which our dedicated routes originate, and we are looking for a person to help us manage its planning, coordination, and monitoring. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for the operational management of various last-mile distribution partners deployed across the territory under your responsibility. Your main responsibilities will include: * Planning and coordinating dedicated routes. * Managing and maintaining relationships with our last-mile partners. * Defining and assigning delivery zones and areas of influence for each partner. * Monitoring key operational indicators and performance metrics. * Identifying deviations and collaborating with partners on improvement plans. * Ensuring operations maintain the quality and service levels established by the company. English: mandatory requirement iMile is an international company, and we work daily with teams from different countries. For this reason, we seek a candidate with an English proficiency level enabling fluent communication in a professional environment. English will be part of your day-to-day role: meetings, coordination with international teams, internal communications, and operational monitoring. Therefore, it is important to feel comfortable speaking and working in English—not only possessing theoretical knowledge of the language. What are we looking for? We will especially value: * Experience in transportation, logistics, traffic management, or last-mile operations. * Ability to manage external suppliers and partners. * Results orientation and experience tracking KPIs. * Ability to perform effectively in demanding operational situations. * Fluent professional English, particularly oral fluency.
