Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive Shift Manager to supervise and organize logistics operations at our facility in La Llagosta. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages teams and logistics operations. 2. Collaborates in the supply chain and process optimization. 3. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and cost management. We are looking for a candidate to join us as a **Shift Manager** at our logistics facility located in La Llagosta (Barcelona). The selected candidate will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and work closely with their team, actively participating in warehouse operations. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel. * Experience in team management. * Committed, responsible, and proactive profile with leadership capability. * Experience in logistics environments of medium/large companies is desirable, particularly in the retail sector and with warehouse management systems based on radio frequency. **Conditions:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Availability to work shifts between 06:00 and 20:00, Monday through Saturday. * Compensation commensurate with market standards and experience provided. Sector: Sales Function: Logistics / Warehouse Supervises Others: Yes Employment Type: Permanent Position * Ensure warehouse opening and closing procedures, guaranteeing compliance with established standards. * Support the Warehouse Manager in planning and organizing inbound (IN) and outbound (OUT) flows. * Supervise the correct application of procedures and operational standards in logistics processes. * Collaborate with other company departments linked to the supply chain, providing relevant information to optimize goods flow. * Participate in resolving operational incidents, process optimization, and management of infrastructure and machinery. * Verify compliance with safety standards and current regulations, identifying risks and coordinating corrective actions. * Ensure proper management of costs associated with reverse flows (returns to suppliers, products for resale, disposal or repair). * Periodically supervise, together with the Warehouse Manager, the condition of equipment and facilities, ensuring proper maintenance.
