Role Mission The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the purchasing, logistics, and warehouse coordination areas, with the aim of ensuring efficient procurement, proper materials management, and smooth communication across different company departments (production, sales, accounting, and after-sales). What will your day-to-day look like? * Identify product technical requirements in coordination with Production and Technical Office. * Manage the entire supply process—from request to material receipt—ensuring timeliness and quality. * Monitor the purchasing budget and control potential deviations. * Support the department to ensure efficient warehouse replenishment and proper handling of incoming materials. * Identify, assess, and select new suppliers, negotiating directly on terms, prices, and delivery schedules. * Review and understand technical specifications, drawings, and product manuals to ensure compliance with established requirements. * Ensure the technical quality of purchased products, contributing to the company’s efficiency and productivity. * Build and maintain strategic relationships with regular, trusted suppliers. * Analyze the market to identify service opportunities, evaluating quality and cost. * Participate in cost-saving initiatives, continuous process and system improvements, and key departmental decisions. What will make you succeed in this role? * Technical education: Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or similar. * Prior experience in purchasing, logistics, or related fields (experience in the automotive or truck sector is highly valued). * Proficiency in Excel and advanced office software. * Good command of English, both spoken and written. * Organized, methodical, and flexible individual, capable of working under pressure and collaboratively. * Highly proactive profile, with initiative, excellent communication skills, and strong results orientation.
