Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Concierge to ensure regulatory compliance, report anomalies, clean common areas, and assist with maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Clean assigned common areas **Description:** ---------------- **Concierge Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with building regulations (e.g., no smoking, noise control, etc.). * Notify property owners or management of any anomalies or malfunctions in building services (e.g., elevators, etc.). * Clean assigned common areas. * Perform other duties as directed by property owners or management (e.g., maintenance support, light bulb replacement, etc.). **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Completed primary education. * Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written). * Knowledge of Catalan (spoken and written). * Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
