**Job Description**
Your primary mission will be to support field operations based on Salesforce technology while undergoing training and acquiring in-depth knowledge of the platform. Additionally, you will work closely with our Scrum Master to support team-level Agile methodology management and facilitation. **We will handle your technical training from day one.**
* Technical and Functional Support (Salesforce):
+ Handling, analysis, and resolution of user tickets from field operations regarding the Salesforce platform.
+ Escalating complex incidents to more senior team members.
+ Continuously learning Salesforce architecture and functionalities through real-case problem solving and internal team training.
* Scrum Master Support (Agile):
+ Assisting in extracting, updating, and analyzing team metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
+ Supporting team capacity planning and calculation for Sprints.
+ Maintaining and updating dashboards and documentation in collaborative tools (Jira and Confluence).
+ Actively participating in Agile ceremonies (Dailies, Plannings, Retrospectives).
**Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:**
* Recently completed university degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
**Minimum Experience:**
* No prior experience required; internships lasting at least six months will be valued. This is a Junior / Entry\-level position. We seek attitude, proactivity, and eagerness to learn.
**Languages:**
* English: C1 level or higher (mandatory). Used daily for documentation and communication.
**Desirable Knowledge (non-exclusive—we understand you have just graduated):**
* Theoretical or basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.
* Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
* Any prior knowledge or foundational certification in Salesforce (Trailhead) will be a significant advantage.
