Provide technical support services for the products and applications developed by our client and used by their end users. The role will primarily focus on ensuring correct configuration and operation of these applications, with particular emphasis on the candidate's ability to perform SQL database queries and maintenance operations. Second-level incident handling: Investigate and diagnose incidents reported by users. Efficiently manage problem resolution. Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding configuration, processes, and procedures. Provide second-level user assistance. Create and maintain a knowledge base for common issues. Interdepartmental collaboration with development and application deployment teams. Security: Ensure compliance with company security policies. * Minimum 3 years of experience. Strong ITIL and/or ISO 20000 practices. SQL (Structured Query Language): experience writing SQL queries for relational databases. Database administration-level management: familiarity with index operation, execution plans, and maintenance plans (SQL Server and Oracle). Knowledge of server operating systems (Windows >= 2012). Understanding of IIS and Kestrel web server operation and configuration in ASP.NET Core. Knowledge of architecture and operation of virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, XenApp). General TCP/IP knowledge. Understanding of NAS, SAN, and Data Object Storage solutions. Understanding of On-Premise and Cloud infrastructure solutions. Support tools: experience managing tickets using tools such as JIRA Service Desk, BMC Remedy, Manage Support Center Plus, or similar. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grado Superior) * Catalan (intermediate spoken and written proficiency) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time work schedule
