Educational model and values: we educate students who are: * multilingual, * critical thinkers and entrepreneurs, * socially responsible and committed, * open to diversity and caring for nature. #### **Mission** Reporting to the General Management and serving as a member of the School’s Management Committee, you will be responsible for leading the economic-financial, operational/facilities, and marketing areas, as well as organic growth of the Center, in close coordination with functional teams/areas at the Foundation’s headquarters. The main objective is to ensure economic sustainability, operational efficiency, and excellence in service delivery, guaranteeing alignment of support functions with the Foundation’s principles, values, and strategic objectives. (student enrollment growth) In greater detail, key responsibilities include: **Accounting and Administration**: * Lead and supervise the Center’s administrative team in carrying out its duties. * Prepare the Center’s financial accounting. * Plan and execute administrative processes related to accounting and taxation. * Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and legal regulations, including audits. * Prepare and execute the Center’s annual budget, coordinated with the Foundation’s Finance Team. **Finance**: * Support financial decision-making and economic strategy for the Center. * Measure Center performance using key indicators: growth, operating result, profitability, revenue-line margins, cash generation, etc. * Analyze income and expense items and drive initiatives to increase revenue and optimize costs. **Processes and General Services**: * Coordinate and supervise cross-functional support processes and general processes linked to complementary services, ensuring compliance with requirements and proper execution. * Ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. * Oversee procurement and supply procedures at the Center. * Manage relationships with suppliers of goods and services, including negotiation, execution, and compliance with supply contracts. * Provide administrative and process-oriented support for HR management, including talent acquisition and retention processes. **Infrastructure and Facilities**: * Supervise Center facilities to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and resolution of critical issues, thereby guaranteeing the safety and well-being of students and educators. * Plan and coordinate building and infrastructure maintenance, proposing and implementing necessary repairs and investments for renewal. * Lead the Center’s maintenance staff to ensure preventive maintenance and timely repair and conservation actions. **Marketing and Organic Growth**: * Design and implement marketing strategies to drive growth and strengthen institutional visibility. * Foster community engagement and reinforce connections with the local environment. * Implement the student recruitment plan aligned with institutional and local positioning. * Conduct market and competitive analysis within the Center’s context. * Develop revenue through expansion of educational offerings. #### **Position Profile** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. An MBA or additional training will be considered favorably. * Knowledge of accounting and finance. * Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, and management software. * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing or administering complex organizations: educational centers, healthcare institutions, service companies, Third Sector organizations, etc. * Prior experience managing teams and budgets. * Experience in state-subsidized and/or private schools will be valued. * Personal Profile: Strategic vision and results orientation, with ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaborative environments.
