We are seeking to incorporate a Social Educator committed to active aging, inclusion, and the quality of life of our residents. \- Conduct individual and group social assessments of residents. \- Design and implement socio-educational, cultural, recreational, and autonomy-promoting activities. \- Enhance social integration and participation in community life. \- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team (social work, psychology, occupational therapy, nursing, etc.). \- Support residents during adaptation processes or situations of vulnerability. \- Monitor and evaluate implemented programs. \- Involve families and the resident’s close environment in the resident’s active life. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in similar positions will be valued, though it is not mandatory. * Social Educator * Spanish (advanced spoken and written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken and written) * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time morning schedule (12 hours \- weekly workload) * Additional information: Salary according to collective agreement. Our residence is located near the metro station (L3\) Lesseps. 12 hours per week, mornings; if available, proposed on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10:00 to 13:00.
