Incorporation into different services of our cooperative: SIS or PIL. Specific tasks (PIL): \- Promote the young person’s autonomy process through educational relationship work, facilitating their active involvement in their own personal, educational, socio-laboral integration, and emancipation goals. \- Accompany young people in daily life activities (cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.) \- Inform, guide, and advise young people on available social benefits and local resources that may support the educational intervention. \- Organize and participate in assemblies with other residents of the housing unit. \- Foster cohabitation in the shared apartment to achieve optimal coexistence. \- Ensure housing conditions are optimal and conducive to personal growth. \- Accompany the young person’s process and remain attentive to their needs. \- Participate in team meetings. \- Participate in the preparation and/or updating of center documentation. \- Familiarize yourself with local resources and institutions and strengthen network-based collaboration. \- Carry out educational work in accordance with the ASJTET framework project and prepare required documentation from DGAIA. Specific tasks (SIS): \- Support children and adolescents in their learning: homework assistance, reinforcement, etc. \- Promote hygiene, nutrition, and autonomy habits. \- Coordinate activities and workshops. \- Provide family support and engage in network-based collaboration. \- Participate in report writing.
* Experience: 1 year. Minimum one-year experience as a social educator.
* Bachelor’s degree in Social Education
* Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced)
* Availability of a vehicle
* Temporary employment contract (1 month)
* Flexible working schedule
* Gross monthly salary ranging from '1300' to '1400'
* Other relevant details: Working hours (weekly): 20 or 25 hours/week: PIL: Short week (Monday–Wednesday work \|\| Saturday and Sunday off). Long week (Saturday–Wednesday work \|\| Thursday and Friday off). Wednesday mornings reserved for coordination meetings with the team. The remaining working hours must be distributed according to service needs and personal availability. SIS: Monday to Friday, 4–8 p.m. WE OFFER: \- Incorporation between September and October. \- Working schedule: 5 flexible daily hours. \- Distribution of working hours based on service needs and personal availability. \- Salary: according to the Social Action Collective Agreement. \- Contract: temporary, with possibilities of continuation. \- Application deadline: 28/08/2026\.
