This is a unique opportunity to manage an integrated project in a dynamic environment with a top-tier professional team. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in construction management, preferably in office, residential, and industrial sectors, and strong capabilities in project planning, execution, and control. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage all construction phases, from initial planning through final handover. * Coordinate and direct work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to schedules and objectives. * Prepare and monitor the construction budget, managing financial resources efficiently. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as execution quality standards. * Manage technical project documentation, including drawings, permits, and certifications. * Monitor and control construction scheduling, identifying and resolving potential deviations. * Maintain smooth and effective communication with the client, site management, and other project stakeholders. * Manage the user’s implementation within the industrial facility, ensuring fulfillment of their specific requirements. * Use project management tools such as Presto, CAD/Revit, and the Office suite for planning, monitoring, and control. **Job Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Construction Manager or in similar roles. * **Sectors:** Experience in office, residential, and industrial sectors. * **Education:** University degree in Technical Architecture or Engineering (not mandatory; equivalent experience will be valued). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Solid experience in construction management for user implementation in industrial facilities. * Proficiency in project management software: Presto, CAD/Revit. * Competence in using the Office suite. * **Languages:** Native or bilingual Spanish.
