The position focuses on ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of an industrial plant by combining preventive and reactive actions. The primary responsibility is to prevent failures and minimize unplanned downtime through the careful execution of preventive maintenance plans. This includes tasks such as periodic inspection, lubrication, calibration, and replacement of worn parts in electrical, mechanical, and automated systems. It is also necessary to respond promptly to any breakdown, performing an accurate diagnosis to identify the root cause of the problem. Interventions include repairing or replacing defective components in equipment such as electric motors, distribution panels, hydraulic systems, and automation components, always adhering to safety and quality protocols. Work is carried out autonomously to resolve incidents, but also in coordination with other departments to report on equipment status and propose process improvements. This approach contributes to optimizing productivity and safety in the industrial environment. The contract is permanent. A Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity, Electromechanics, or an equivalent technical qualification is required, complemented by a minimum of three years of demonstrable experience in similar industrial electrical maintenance roles. Practical experience in extrusion environments or continuous production lines is especially valued. The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge and hands-on capability in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Additionally, professionals are sought who demonstrate strong analytical skills for fault diagnosis, a high sense of responsibility, and the autonomy required to independently manage and resolve complex problems.
