The Hostess reports to the Restaurant Manager. **As Hostess, you will be responsible for the following duties:** * Welcoming guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. * Managing reservations and coordinating table seating efficiently. * Ensuring optimal guest flow and minimizing waiting times. * Maintaining clear communication with the service and kitchen team. * Personalizing guest experiences and handling special requests. * Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area. **As Hostess, we expect from you:** * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Excellent grooming and presentation. * Highly responsible and reliable. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * A team player with a multicultural mindset. * Strong focus on guest satisfaction, always remaining calm and courteous. * Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality. * Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
