WAREHOUSE OPERATORS FOR DISPATCH AREA (REF. 4473)

Description

A company in the food industry is seeking to hire two warehouse operators for the dispatch area. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. \- Prepare and group customer orders by delivery zones. \- Use computers to enter orders. \- Weigh products, record batch numbers, and label them to ensure correct traceability tracking. \- Transport fully loaded pallets to their designated loading area. \- Organize and clean cold rooms both at the start and end of each shift, adhering to FIFO (First-in, First-out – oldest product on top). \- Perform stock count(s) of assigned area(s) using a PDA at the end of each shift. \- Operate manual and electric pallet trucks. * Minimum 12 months’ experience. Order preparation using digital picking systems: radiofrequency, PDAs, voice-picking, etc. * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Electric pallet truck license mandatory. \- Physical stamina. \- Food handling certificate and food safety training are desirable. * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1456 euros * Additional relevant information: \- 3-month contract extendable to one year, followed by possible indefinite contract upon completion of this period. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM depending on production end time. Hours exceeding 40 per week are considered overtime. Two rest breaks totaling 50 minutes. \- Availability to work on holidays and weekends during the Christmas campaign (peak production period).
