Lead the monthly content calendar and amplify efforts At **Grupo Planeta**, we are seeking a **Content and Communications Manager** to join the team of **Barcelona Culinary Hub by Martín Berasategui**, within our division **Planeta Formación y Universidades**. What would your main responsibilities be? Design and execute Barcelona Culinary Hub’s editorial and audiovisual strategy to grow the school’s brand following the agreement with Martín Berasategui (Spain’s chef with the most Michelin stars), effectively building and conveying the new brand’s values across all our owned channels while creating user value. Additionally, generate and review content focused on organic SEO and AI search engines. Monitor and track the performance of our content (blog, social, email, and events), aligning each piece with the brand’s pillars, values, and the school’s vision. Lead the monthly content calendar with a cross-channel perspective (both organic and paid) and amplify efforts invested in content creation throughout the entire conversion funnel. Produce performance-ready assets and kits for the digital team (various paid channels). **Planning & Coordination** * Co-lead the editorial calendar (topics, formats, cadences) and “piece packages per program” (video, posts, carousels, email, etc.) with the social agency. * Align weekly with the digital (paid) team: asset briefs, variants, naming/UTMs, and deliverables. **Production** * Write blog posts (on-page SEO), case studies, interviews, and newsletters. * Script and produce vertical video (light filming, editing, subtitles, thumbnails). * Event coverage: pre (planning and materials), on-site (photo/video, live), post (recaps and evergreen pieces). * Maintain visual/verbal tone and templates; operate generative AI for ideation, versions, and agile post-production. **Measurement & Learning** * Define and monitor the community and content dashboard: growth, engagement, saves/shares, video retention, link CTR, organic traffic to blog. * With paid: evaluate asset usage (which pieces scale into campaigns), A/B test hooks and creatives, and assess performance results of activated content (CTR, CVR of landing pages, contribution to leads). **Governance** * Quality control of deliverables (brand consistency, image rights) and management of the asset library (DAM). **Mentorship** * Assign weekly tasks to the intern with clear deadlines. * Provide rapid review and practical feedback (hook, pacing, subtitles, format). * Ensure brand standards and creatives for paid (naming, UTMs). * Supervise templates and AI application for fast versioning and avoiding rework. What would we like to see on your CV? * 4–6 years’ experience in content/brand publishing/social video (education, hospitality, lifestyle, or related fields). * Proficiency with social media tools, community management tools, and content production tools. * Knowledge of AI applied to content generation (prompts, transcription/audio text cleaning, multi-format/multi-language variant generation). * Proficiency in photography and video using lightweight equipment. * Excellent Spanish writing skills; English proficiency is valued. * Experience in Community Management, including managing publications and uploading content, as well as basic knowledge of Paid Media campaign investment.
