The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for: * Identifying partners/experts and maintaining ongoing contact with them, cultivating trusted relationships with key experts. * Tracking commercial opportunities where Global Factor holds strong positioning. * Negotiating with potential international partners. * Reviewing proposals and Expressions of Interest: evaluating references and methodologies (providing comments on Terms of Reference, alignment assessments, recommendations of key experts, etc.). * Sourcing external consultants to develop proposals or carry out consulting missions. * Developing appropriate methodologies. **Must-have Qualifications for This Role** * Education in International Relations, International Trade, or related fields. * Advanced English (C2).
