**SEO \& Webmaster** -------------------- Job title: SEO \& Webmaster Location: Av.Peinado Grande 9, Malaga 29013 Spain Hours: 37\.5 hours The SEO \& Webmaster is responsible for increasing organic traffic and improving lead quality through strategic content development, SEO execution and website management. This role supports A\-SAFE’s global marketing objectives by creating high\-value content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers) and implementing SEO strategies that balance global consistency with local relevance. The position plays a key role in positioning A\-SAFE as a thought leader in safety innovation and supporting long\-tail lead acquisition. **How you will make an impact:** -------------------------------- * Develop and manage a content calendar including blogs, case studies, and whitepapers. * Implement a global\-local SEO strategy across multiple domains and regions. * Oversee CMS and manage website updates across global domains. * Ensure UX consistency and accessibility across all pages and devices. * Collaborate with regional teams to ensure content relevance and localisation. * Optimise on\-page and technical SEO across all web properties Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Lead the development of the global content calendar and ensure timely execution. * Conduct regular SEO audits and implement improvements across domains. * Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics to inform strategy. * Collaborate with product, sales, and regional teams to align content with buyer needs. * Manage external writers, agencies, or freelancers as needed. * Ensure all content aligns with A\-SAFE’s tone, messaging, and safety positioning. * Maintain documentation of SEO performance, keyword strategy, and content impact. * Prepare and manage the SEO and content budget. * Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and content marketing innovations. * Participate in industry forums and communities to identify content opportunities. **What we are looking for:** ---------------------------- * Education: Degree in marketing, communications, or related field. * Experience: 5–7 years in SEO and content marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors. * SEO Skills: Deep understanding of on\-page, off\-page, and technical SEO. * Content Creation: Strong writing skills and ability to translate technical topics into engaging content. * Analytics: Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO reporting tools. * Strategic Thinking: Ability to align content with business goals and buyer journey. * Project Management: Skilled in managing calendars, deadlines, and cross\-functional input. * Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, CMS platforms, and SEO tools. * Certifications: Google Analytics or SEO certifications preferred but not required. **What we offer:** ------------------ * Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. * Hybrid model * On\-site pool and ping\-pong table * Intensive working hours (Jornada intensiva) in August: during this month we work from 8:00 to 15:00 * Flexible working hours with the option to finish early on Fridays.
