An architecture and engineering firm based in Granada, specializing in projects and construction management for healthcare facilities and public-use buildings, seeks to hire a technical architect or building engineer to oversee the execution of construction works involving complex installations. The selected candidate will join the technical supervision team and be responsible for monitoring and controlling the execution of installations such as HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, sanitation, medical gases, and fire protection, verifying their compliance with the project specifications and applicable regulations. They will also manage the economic control of the project, including quantity surveying, monthly certifications, disputed pricing, deviation control, schedule planning, and coordination with contractors and trade associations. Additionally, they will perform quality control of materials, prepare progress reports and final documentation, and serve as the technical liaison with the client, contractors, and regulatory bodies. The position also includes support during the design phase, with tasks such as quantity take-offs, budgeting, and preparation of technical documentation.
