At RNB, we are looking for a candidate to join our **Engineering team.** As an **Installation Projects Technician**, reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading **industrialization, infrastructure, construction, and installation projects**. Successful project execution requires expertise in document management and occupational health and safety (PRL). Responsibilities: * Analyze project feasibility and devise solutions to ensure successful implementation, gathering relevant information regarding installations. * Lead expansion and improvement projects for installations, energy efficiency initiatives, manufacturing capacity expansion, electrical projects, HVAC projects, etc. * Convey internal customer requirements to various suppliers, request quotations, manage construction contracts, and monitor their execution. * Carry out administrative procedures and project controls required (e.g., legalizations, construction permits, business licenses, etc.). * Propose layouts and update installation designs and drawings using AutoCAD. If you have experience managing projects both in office and on-site, consider yourself proactive, well-planned, and organized, and possess experience performing similar duties, we would love to meet you! * Relevant higher education: Industrial Engineering degree with specialization in construction and industrial installations, electricity, or mechanics. * 3–5 years of experience in an industrial company, installation contractor, or engineering consultancy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD. * SAP knowledge is desirable. * Intermediate level of English. * Willingness to travel occasionally. * Competency profile: strong communication skills, ability to synthesize information, and teamwork orientation.
