




Position Summary: We are seeking a Second Kitchen Manager to coordinate the kitchen station or section, supervise dish preparation and staff, and support the Head Chef. Key Highlights: 1. Catalonia Hotels \& Resorts is looking for a SECOND KITCHEN MANAGER to join the kitchen team at our CATALONIA GRANADA hotel. Main responsibilities include: * Performing Head Chef duties in the latter's absence. * Coordinating the kitchen station or section under their responsibility. * Supporting, monitoring, and implementing directives from the Head Chef. * Preparing dishes and supervising their finishing and presentation. * Supervising cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area assigned to their station, ensuring tools and facilities are in perfect condition. * Coordinating the work of personnel under their supervision, allocating tasks according to workload. * Assisting in the instruction and training of personnel under their supervision. * Participating in inventory control, preservation, and storage of goods. REQUIREMENTS * Professional culinary education. * Experience in gourmet restaurants. * Proactivity, dynamism, and leadership. * Willingness to reside abroad. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results orientation.
