What will you do on a daily basis? * Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations for common areas. * Respond to inquiries, calls, and emails with a proactive and friendly attitude. * Resolve minor day-to-day incidents, ensuring residents’ comfort and safety. * Support administrative and internal organizational tasks. Who are we looking for? * Prior experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles (experience in educational settings is a plus!). * Advanced level of English (additional languages are valued—after all, you never know who might show up at the residence). * A communicative, proactive, and organized individual who enjoys teamwork. * High flexibility to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work night shifts.
